Saba's exclusive selection of upholstered furniture is enriched with the introduction of the Metis sofa. The name, from the Greek word mètis, takes us back in time perfectly delineating the main intent for which it was created. An eminently practical knowledge, aimed at the moment and at changing and unpredictable situations that require immediate action: this is the concept that prompted designer Nicola Pavan to conceive this designer seat. Its extreme modularity makes it possible to create almost infinite configurations capable of adapting to any need for space or taste. The generous volumes of the Metis sofa are enhanced by the quilting that embellishes the seat, backrests and armrests.
The new Metis modular system makes it possible to form solutions ranging from the more traditional linear version to more elaborate combinations. The basic single- and double-seat elements can be rotated and joined using specially designed hooks to achieve striking aesthetic expressions.
Upholstery is available in fabrics from the Saba collection that enhance the softness and volume of the Metis sofa. Hinges are in black nickel and black painted variants, feet are black ABS, h2.5cm.
