Triple Slinkie Rug by PATRICIA URQUIOLA

The Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola gave life to a universe of shapes and colors with the Triple Slinkie rug, designed for the renowned company CC-Tapis, which has been operating in the textile sector since 2001.

Triple Slinkie features a unique and fascinating texture in which chromatic succession and geometry are perfectly combined. The outline of the carpet is composed of three overlapping circles divided into segments, where the juxtaposition of different tones of the same color, from the lightest to the darkest, creates a chromatic play which, combined with the geometric background, provides the effect of infinity. Triple Slinkie is totally handmade and is composed by two different materials: Himalayan wool and cotton. The Triple collection is available in two color variants, Standard in blue and Pink, and comes in various models, including the Double version, with two overlapped circles, and Runner, made up by a sequence of overlapped circles.
