Initially produced in 2004, the Baìa bathtub, designed by Calo Colombo for Antoniolupi, is still one of the best-selling models and a true undisputed protagonist of the range. Its clean and elegant design, harmony and minimalism are emphasised by the use of Cristaplant material, which can be enriched with unique nuances and unrepeatable traces when made of stone. The extremely thin thicknesses, made possible by the use of solid surface, increase significantly when using natural material. In the 'artificial' version, Baìa's ethereal presence and whiteness give way to the solidity and tangible luxury of the stone version. The small-sized base lends lightness to the composition and interrupts the continuity of the volume to highlight the importance of the generative matrix.
