Spatter & Debris Resistant Coatings
Extend the lifetime of CO2 laser optics that require frequent cleaning from exposure to metal spatter and debris in drilling, cutting, and marking applications.
Our proprietary technology combines a diamond-like carbon (DLC) film with a traditional optical coating for an unmatched combination of mechanical durability and optical performance. Its exceptional spatter resistance extends component lifetimes.
DOC Performance
The diamond overcoat (DOC) antireflection coating is available on ZnSe and can be designed for operation at any CO2 laser wavelength.
