General Optics
Reflective Beam Integrators
Optimize results in welding, cladding, and heat-treating applications by converting a high-power, Gaussian laser beam into a “flat-top,” intensity distribution focused spot.
These faceted copper integrator mirrors are fabricated using advanced diamond-turning techniques which provides much greater design flexibility and allows direct water-cooling of the optic.
Fabrication Capabilities
Arrange facets in almost any shape or form to achieve the desired intensity distribution in the focused spot. Typical facet sizes of 2 - 8 mm are readily achieved on mirror blanks of up to 75 mm in diameter.
