General Optics
High-Power Laser Optics
Rely on extremely low absorption, very high laser damage threshold coatings, provided on plano-fused silica substrates in diameters of up to 200 mm.
High volume and custom laser optics on all grades of fused silica, with AR, HR, and polarizing beamsplitter coatings at any wavelength from 193 nm to 1600 nm. Extensive in-house metrology includes damage testing and fluorescence measurement.
High-Power Laser Optics Capabilities
Specify coatings for solid state laser wavelengths of 266 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm, and 1064 nm, and excimer laser lines from 193 nm up, and other wavelengths through the near IR.
